Editing dozens of YouTube channels, including some with millions of subscribers, we have refined structure and pacing that keep viewers watching. We bring that production skill to videos for universities, local governments and companies.

We handle everything from interviewing you about your research through to delivery. We work with fiscal-year budgets and procurement procedures, and are used to transactions based on quotations, invoices and purchase orders.

When an order is placed, we confirm the scope of work, schedule and fee with each other in writing (including text such as email).

If production is cancelled after an order is placed for reasons on the client’s side, we charge for the work carried out up to the point of cancellation.

We do not take on videos that involve definitive claims, fear-based appeals or excessive promises.

We sometimes use AI to assist production (for example, transcription and making editing work more efficient).

You can choose to have your project produced without any generative-AI material (images, video, voice or music) in the deliverables.

When we use generative-AI material, we state at which stage and for what purpose it was used, and we check the rights. On request, we can also deliver with Content Credentials attached to record the production history.
